Karen Walker is an indispensable part of the team at Capitol Income Consultants and has been for more than two decades. With 24 years of experience, she holds Series 6 and 63 securities registrations and brings a wealth of knowledge, positive energy, and hands-on help to our clients. “I enjoy my role as a sales assistant because I truly find joy and satisfaction in supporting Ted and all of our clients,” she says.
Karen grew up in the center of Michigan and graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in consumer and family resources. She currently lives in Lansing with her husband of almost 30 years; the couple has two grown daughters. Karen is a volunteer in many capacities for the cat shelter, Saved by Zade, which is a “nonprofit educational resource organized by cat-centric volunteers working together to positively impact kitty overpopulation problems in Greater Lansing, Michigan.”
In her free time, Karen loves to travel and she stays active through walking, hiking, cross-country skiing, golfing, and biking.
